Below Manjushri is seated on a turtle Kongtse Trulgyi Gyalpo, who is worshipped as the emanation of Manjushri. Immediately below is a magic circle inscribed with mantras, and the Eight Auspicious Signs. In the center of it is a prayer: "May vitality, health, strength and happiness increase". In the center of the prayer flag is the "Wind Horse", which is symbolically associated with the human soul, and is considered the bearer of prayers to the holy places. Immediately below is the "Golden Turtle" - an emanation of the "Bodhisattva of Wisdom", along with astrological diagrams. Numerous auspicious symbols are distributed around the various deities, accompanied by framed texts.
